This is Sophie – a German Shepherd/Black Labrador Mix – a true "designer dog" in that she really looks like both breeds and has the best personality traits of both breeds. She's around a year old, weighs around 55 pounds. She was surrendered along with Woody (another dog for adoption) from a lady that could no longer care for them. Sophie is a sweetheart. She has the outgoing , ready-to-please nature of a labrador and the attentiveness and intelligence of a german shepherd. Sophie is good with other dogs and would be wonderful for a home with children. (She is untested with cats.) She is truly a FANTASTIC dog with a great personality. (She is spayed, current on shots, housebroken and on heartworm prevention.)
